Where do I park?
There are 2 parking garages to the west of Dr Pepper Arena with approximately 2,100 spaces total. The fee to park on an event night is $5 per car. Please find some general parking policies below:

No overnight parking is permitted without the prior approval of facility management.

Passing out flyers and the sale of merchandise by outside groups or individuals in the parking lots is strictly prohibited without the approval of facility management.

There are no in and out privileges in the patron parking lots.

Both parking garages at Dr Pepper Arena are cash-only lots.
Can I bring a camera into Dr Pepper Arena?
Restrictions on the use of still cameras vary by event. The event producer determines this policy. Professional cameras (cameras that have a lens 4 or 6 inches in length) are not allowed in Dr Pepper Arena unless accompanied by proper media credentials. Audio and video cameras are strictly prohibited at all events at Dr Pepper Arena.
What items are not allowed inside Dr Pepper Arena?
For safety reasons, patrons may be refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items including, but not limited to: alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, food, drinks, glass/plastic/metal containers, video recorders, audio recorders, fireworks, laser pointers, backpacks, coolers, knives over 5 inches in length, weapons of any type, baby seats or carriers, unauthorized noise makers, glitter, confetti, Frisbees, streamers, helium balloons, beach balls, parcels or packages, inflatable's, or large bags of any kind. Dr Pepper Arena reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited items and/or escort the guest from the building.
What time do the doors open for each event?
The standard policy at Dr Pepper Arena is to open doors one hour prior to the scheduled start of an event. Please be aware that per facility policy, all guests are required to pass through security and have their bags searched for prohibited items.
Can I bring food or drinks into the arena?
Guests are not permitted to bring any food or drinks into the Dr Pepper Arena. Containers such as bottles, cans, thermos bottles or plastic coolers are not permitted for the safety of our guests.
I am attending an event with someone who is disabled. How do I access disabled parking?
ADA seating is available for all events at Dr Pepper Arena. To purchase disabled seating, please call 972-335-9800. Disabled Parking is available on the north side of Dr Pepper Arena as well as in the parking garage connected to the arena.
What is Dr Pepper Arena's ticket resale policy?
Dr Pepper Arena strictly prohibits the resale of tickets on the premises.
Where can I smoke?
There is a strict no smoking policy at Dr Pepper Arena. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the facility, accessible via the Lobby on the ground floor.
What is the Alcoholic Beverage Policy?
No alcohol may be brought into Dr Pepper Arena. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased inside the arena. All persons must be age 21 or older and provide legal identification to purchase alcoholic beverages. Alcohol purchases are limited to two (2) beverages per buyer for most events. Management has the right to refuse service at any time. Alcohol sales can be terminated at any time at the discretion of Dr Pepper Arena management.
What age does my child have to be to require a ticket?
For all events, children over the age of two require a ticket.
