General Information
Ordering:
You may place your orders in advance by filling out the order form and faxing to 214-387-5616. You may also call your order in to 214-387-5615 or email to mlosinski@sonnybryans.com. All advance orders must be received by 2 business days prior to your event. All advanced food and beverage orders will be delivered by the time doors open, unless otherwise requested. If you are unable to place your order in advance, we have a night of event menu located in each suite. You are more than welcome to place your order when you arrive with your suite attendant. Our suite attendants will check in with you when you arrive to see how we may assist you and your guests. Please allow a short time for us to prepare and deliver your order. For your convenience, there is a phone in each suite. Please dial **** for any assistance you may need during the event.
It is the policy of the Dr Pepper Arena that no outside catering is allowed in the facility. Please be aware that Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission laws prohibit anyone from bring alcoholic beverage into or out of the arena. Harman Hospitality Group offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase by the drink or the bottle.
Payment:
We accept cash or credit cards for all services and product provided. All advanced orders require a credit card at the time of order. Payment for advance orders will not be processed until the event date. If you would prefer we can keep your information on file for fast and accurate payment processing, or your suite attendant will be more than happy to process payment the night of the event. Sales tax and an 18 % service charge will be added to every order.
Cancellation:
If you are unavailable to attend your scheduled event and have placed a suite order, please contact Harman Hospitality Group at your earliest convenience so that we can make the necessary changes. Cancellations received prior to the event will not be charged. If you fail to contact us prior to the event and your food and beverage order is delivered to your suite, we will be required to charge you in full for the order.
